Maria’s Pizzeria and Italian Restaurant Founder, Giovanni Giordano (1931-2012), was born and raised in Naples, Italy. His passion for cooking and sharing authentic Italian fare prompted the opening Maria’s in 1991 with Cesare Gregorat. Today, his recipes are prepared as he has passed them down, using only the highest quality ingredients. Maria's uses 100% real butter, heavy cream, premium Wisconsin Grande cheeses, real veal cutlets, fresh chicken breast and wings, Corto premium oils including using extra virgin olive oil in our homemade pizza dough. We may not be the cheapest but we don't cheat by using butter blends, fake veal (pork), processed cheese, frozen chicken or cheap oil. 

In keeping with our family tradition in serving the freshest, most delicious Italian dinners and pizza in Cape Coral possible, all items are made-to-order as your server informs the kitchen. Please bear this in mind, and enjoy your dining experience with us as you relax and converse enjoying a glass of wine or your beverage of choice. We are not a fast food restaurant!
